DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

AllureEngine respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how to notify AllureEngine of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent provisions of EU Directive 2019/790 ("CDSM Directive"). It applies to all content displayed on this website, including demo galleries.

What AllureEngine hosts: Only a small set of curated demo images on this website (e.g. the public gallery at allureengine.com/gallery). All of these images were generated by the AllureEngine team using its own Software and are released as marketing material. AllureEngine does not host user-generated images, store user prompts on its servers, or operate a user-content platform.

1. Filing a copyright takedown notice

If you believe that material accessible on this website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice that includes all of the following:

Send notices to:

Designated Copyright Agent — AllureEngine
SAPPHAULT
Ridderspoorhof 24
3355BG, the Netherlands
Email: support@allureengine.com (preferred)

2. What happens after we receive a notice

3. Counter-notice procedure

If you are an AllureEngine team member or contributor and you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

Send counter-notices to the same address above.

4. Repeat-infringer policy

AllureEngine terminates the licenses of users who are repeat copyright infringers. A user who is the subject of more than two unrebutted infringement notices in a 12-month period will have their AllureEngine license revoked without refund and their machine fingerprint added to the activation block list.

5. Use of copyrighted material in prompts

AllureEngine's Acceptable Use Policy prohibits the use of the Software to reproduce copyrighted images, characters, or designs without the copyright holder's permission. The Software does not provide LoRA training for protected characters out of the box, and the policy filter blocks prompts that explicitly invoke deepfake / real-person likeness — see the AUP for details.

6. False notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. We will report bad-faith notices to the relevant authorities and to the alleged infringer.
