Acceptable Use Policy

AllureEngine is a desktop tool that automates AI image generation through third-party backends (CivitAI, RunPod, A1111, ComfyUI). All content is generated by Stable-Diffusion-family models from text prompts; AllureEngine itself trains no models and stores no generated images on its servers. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the categories of content that may not be created with the Software, and the controls AllureEngine enforces at the application layer to prevent such content from being generated.

One-line summary: AllureEngine is for fictional adult characters. Any prompt that targets a real person, a minor, or any other prohibited category is blocked by the in-app policy filter before it leaves your machine and is logged for compliance review.

1. Who this policy applies to

Every person who downloads, installs, or operates AllureEngine, including users on the Free tier. Compliance with this AUP is a condition of the AllureEngine Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content categories

The Software may not be used to create, attempt to create, or distribute any of the following. The same list is enforced programmatically by AllureEngine's content-policy filter (see Section 4: Enforcement):

Minors — any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, or a character presented as a minor (including diapers / age regression / "loli" / "shota" tropes).	Illegal under most jurisdictions; absolute card brand prohibition. Zero tolerance.
Deepfakes / real-person likeness — content depicting a real, identifiable person without their documented consent, or any "deepfake" of a real person.	Violates Visa, Mastercard and Discover requirements. AllureEngine is a fictional-character tool.
Non-consensual scenarios, including sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise incapacitated subjects.	Card brand prohibition.
Incest — family-relation scenarios, including step-family variants.	Card brand prohibition.
Watersports / scat — urolagnia, coprophilia, and related fetishes.	Card brand prohibition.
Snuff / extreme violence — fantasy snuff, dismemberment, sexualized extreme violence, abductions.	Card brand prohibition.
Bestiality / animal cruelty.	Illegal and card brand prohibition.
Sex under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.	Non-consensual by definition; card brand prohibition.
Prostitution / escorting / brothels.	Card brand prohibition.
Polygamy scenarios.	Card brand prohibition.
Illegal activity (e.g. instructions for building weapons, illegal plotting).	Illegal.
Professional advice presented as authoritative — medical, legal, financial, gambling/handicapping.	Card brand prohibition.
Hate speech, extremist imagery, racial slurs, calls to violence.	Prohibited.
Copyright infringement — reproducing copyrighted designs, characters, or imagery without permission.	Illegal; see DMCA Policy.
Content used for harassment, defamation, extortion or fraud.	Illegal and prohibited.

3. Consent & age verification

AllureEngine produces fully synthetic, fictional characters from text prompts. There is no real data subject and no real model is photographed or filmed. Therefore:

Age: The Software is restricted to users 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Acceptance of this restriction is required at first launch and at purchase.
Depicted characters: Every character generated by the Software must be portrayed as 18+ and as a fictional person. The policy filter blocks any prompt vocabulary associated with minors.
Real-person consent: Because the Software is restricted to fictional characters, no real-person likeness or deepfake content may be generated. Prompts targeting real-person likeness are blocked.

4. Enforcement — How AllureEngine prevents prohibited content

AllureEngine enforces this policy at the application layer, before any generation request is dispatched to a backend:

4.1 Content-policy filter

Every prompt submitted through the Software is screened against the prohibited-category list above. The filter:

Runs locally inside the AllureEngine desktop application, on every prompt and negative prompt.
Applies to all four supported backends — CivitAI, RunPod, local A1111, local ComfyUI. The backend is irrelevant: the prompt is screened before any external request is made.
Rejects matching prompts with a refusal message identifying the category that was matched. No generation request is sent.
Logs every block to a local audit log (data/policy-blocks.log) with timestamp, the categories matched, the matching token, and a SHA-256 prompt hash, for review by AllureEngine and, on request, by AllureEngine's payment processors.

4.2 Backend-side moderation (defense in depth)

In addition to AllureEngine's own filter, content generated through the CivitAI backend passes through CivitAI's own moderation systems. RunPod, local A1111 and local ComfyUI backends do not provide independent moderation — for these backends, the AllureEngine policy filter is the sole control, which is why it runs on every prompt regardless of backend.

4.3 Account & license consequences

Repeated or egregious violations of this AUP — including any attempt to circumvent the policy filter — result in:

Immediate revocation of the AllureEngine license, without refund.
Where the violation involves illegal content (most importantly, material depicting minors), reporting to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC where applicable) as required by law.
Inclusion of the user's machine fingerprint in AllureEngine's revocation list, blocking future activations under any tier.

4.4 Reporting prohibited content

If you encounter content generated with AllureEngine that violates this AUP, please report it via the Content Removal & Complaints page or by emailing support@allureengine.com. We respond to abuse reports within 5 business days.

5. AI-generated content disclosure

All content created with AllureEngine is AI-generated synthetic content. Every gallery and demo page on this website is labelled as AI-generated. Users who publish content generated with the Software are required to label it as AI-generated where required by law (e.g. EU AI Act Article 50).

6. Updates to this policy

This AUP may be updated to reflect changes in law, card brand requirements, or operational practice. The current version is always available at allureengine.com/acceptable-use.html. Material changes will be announced in the AllureEngine changelog.
