Content Removal & Complaints
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This page tells you how to report content displayed on the AllureEngine website that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, your privacy or likeness rights, or applicable law — and what happens after you do.
If you believe material involves a minor: Email
support@allureengine.com with subject "URGENT — CSAM" or contact the appropriate national hotline (
NCMEC in the U.S.;
INHOPE for other jurisdictions). We treat such reports as the highest priority, remove the material immediately, and cooperate with law enforcement.
1. What you can request removal of
- Any image displayed on allureengine.com (e.g. in the demo gallery) that you believe depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent.
- Any image you believe depicts a minor or a person presented as a minor.
- Any image you believe infringes your copyright — see also the DMCA Policy for the formal notice procedure.
- Any image you believe violates our Acceptable Use Policy (non-consensual scenarios, bestiality, incest, watersports, snuff, etc.).
- Personal data displayed about you (name, contact details, etc.) — see also our Privacy Policy for GDPR rights.
2. How to submit a removal request
Email support@allureengine.com and include:
- The URL of the page where the content appears (e.g.
https://allureengine.com/gallery.html#ep-1234).
- What's wrong — which AUP category, or which legal right, you believe is being violated.
- Your relationship to the subject if applicable (e.g. "I am the person depicted", "I am the parent/guardian", "I am the copyright holder").
- Proof of identity or rights sufficient to verify your claim. For non-consensual likeness claims, a photo of you holding an ID document is acceptable; we retain it only as long as needed to verify and resolve the request.
- Your contact details (email, optionally phone number).
3. What happens next
| Step | SLA |
| We acknowledge your report. | 1 business day |
| For urgent reports (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery): we remove the material before completing review. | Same day |
| We review the report and verify your claim. | Within 5 business days |
| If verified, we remove the material and notify you. | Within 5 business days |
| Where the report involves illegal content, we preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement as required. | As required by law |
4. False or bad-faith reports
Submitting a knowingly false removal request — for example, claiming a fictional AI-generated character is a real person you do not actually know — may result in your contact details being shared with the affected parties and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. What we do NOT do
- We do not store user-generated images on our servers. Removal requests only apply to content actually published on allureengine.com.
- We cannot remove copies of an image that have been redistributed by third parties (use the platform's own takedown process).
- We cannot retroactively police images generated by users on their own machines — but we can revoke their AllureEngine license if abuse is shown.
