Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AllureEngine ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to download, purchase, or use the Software. The Software can be configured to produce adult content and is strictly intended for adults. By using the Software you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

AllureEngine is a desktop application for AI character creation, image generation automation, and gallery management. The Software connects to third-party AI generation services (CivitAI, RunPod, fal.ai, local Stable Diffusion) using your own accounts and API keys.

3. License

AllureEngine grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of machines specified by your tier:

Free: 1 machine
Creator: 2 machines
Studio: 2 machines
Lifetime: 3 machines

You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the Software or any license keys.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid tiers require a subscription or one-time payment. Subscriptions are billed for the period selected (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). No automatic renewals, you purchase each period manually. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no expiration.

All payments are processed through third-party services (PayPal, NOWPayments). We do not store payment card details.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Software, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@allureengine.com within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.

6. Content & Responsibility

AllureEngine is a creative automation tool. We do not generate, host, store, review, moderate, or distribute any content created by users. All image generation occurs on the user's own hardware or through their own third-party API accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

The content you create using the Software
Compliance with the license terms of any AI models you use
Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
How you distribute or publish generated content

Prohibited uses. The Software is intended for the creation of fictional adult characters only. You may not use the Software to create, attempt to create, or distribute any of the following — these categories are enforced both contractually under these Terms and at the application layer by AllureEngine's content-policy filter, which blocks and logs prohibited prompts before they reach any backend (see Acceptable Use Policy):

Minors. Any sexual or suggestive content depicting minors, or characters presented as minors, real, fictional, or stylized (including diapers / age-regression scenarios). Zero tolerance; violation results in immediate license termination without refund and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Deepfakes / real persons. Any content that uses the image, likeness, or strong likeness of a real, identifiable person. AllureEngine is a fictional-character tool; the creation of deepfakes is prohibited.
Non-consensual scenarios, including subjects depicted as sleeping, unconscious, drugged, or otherwise incapacitated.
Incest and family-relation scenarios (including step-family variants).
Watersports, scat, urolagnia, and coprophilia.
Violence, abductions, snuff and fantasy snuff, and sexualized extreme violence.
Bestiality / animal cruelty.
Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
Prostitution / escorting scenarios.
Polygamy scenarios.
Illegal activity (e.g. how to build a weapon, or any illegal plotting).
Professional advice presented as authoritative (medical, legal, financial/gambling, etc.).
Hate speech, extremist imagery, and slurs.
Content used for harassment, defamation, extortion, or fraud.
Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that violates the acceptable-use policies of the third-party generation services you connect (CivitAI, RunPod, fal.ai, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

AllureEngine does not claim ownership of any content you create. Ownership of AI-generated images is governed by the license terms of the AI model used, not AllureEngine.

8. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all systems, or specific results from AI generation.

9. Limitation of Liability

AllureEngine and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or content-related claims.

10. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, attempt to bypass license restrictions, or redistribute the Software. You may terminate by uninstalling the Software and deactivating your license.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
